Just a friendly reminder that our Winter Party is almost here. I know all of you do not have your tickets as we have only sold about 50. This Sunday they will be available at the Chapter Meeting. Please see Dave & Lynette, Judy & Ken, Grant & Nancy or Joann & Roger. As all of you know at this event, it is our biggest fundraiser of the year. We rely on the Silent Auction. You can also still bring items for the auction the night of the dinner. So pleeeaasssee get your tickets. Where else can you go for just $30 a person and 6 cans of food and get a wonderful and filling dinner, dancing and just a plain ol' good time with our family of friends, The Ann Arbor HOG Chapter!
again...... WHO: The Over 200 Ann Arbor American HOG Chapter Members and American Dealership Employees WHAT: Winter Party & Silent Auction WHERE: Weber's Inn - Ann Arbor WHEN: Saturday February 13, 2010 (Sadie Hawkins Day Ladies!) WHY: DO YOU EVEN NEED TO ASK!!!!!!!!!!! |

Ann Arbor American HOG weekday rides |
|
Written by Lew Morgan

There was a meeting of the minds over some chicken and gumbo to decide on the format of the weekday rides that are new to the chapter events this year.
The Weekday Ride (AKA Geezer Ride) agenda follows:
> Week day rides will occur on the third Tuesday of month starting in April and run through September. > Include something to go along with the 2010 international theme. > Leave the dealership at 10:30 AM. (Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure with a full tank of gas to go over routes and highlights of the ride). > The route will include a lunch stop. > Round trip to be approximately 150 miles or less. > Return to the dealership by 3:30 PM.
Special interests may include but are not limited to: Firearm shooting ranges, Good places to eat, Locations to purchase cool stuff that fits in a motorcycle, Roads that have multiple curves and good scenery, Any suggestions that come up between now and April.
All riders welcome even if you have a job. What the heck take a vacation day and hang out with some old retires guys.
No Worries, Lew Morgan Assistant Director
